Together with HELIOS, the biggest private German hospital association, we are looking for nurses (m/f/d), especially for the operating room, to work in hospitals all over Germany, especially in Berlin. What should you bring? Finnish Bachelor of Healthcare/Registered Nurse. Work experience, ideally in a hospital, is an asset. No German knowledge needed, English is an asset. Nationality of an EU country, Norway or Iceland – or EU permanent resident title "P-EU". Willingness to learn German intensively in advance (approx. 8 months, 3–4 hours a day, depending on previous knowledge). ZAV (International and Specialised Services) is part of the German Public Employment Service (the Bundesagentur für Arbeit). What can you expect? Preparatory online language course up to German B1 in Finland, with financial support by TMS and employer. Further language courses up to level B2 in Germany sponsored by employer. With level B2 official recognition of your qualification in Germany. Unlimited working contract after recognition. Salary before recognition: EUR 2,900 gross/month, paid 13 times. Salary after recognition: from EUR 3,800 to EUR 4,000 gross/month plus shift allowance (and depending on workplace, e.g. intensive care), paid 13 times. 38.5 working hours/week, min. 30 days holiday (plus public holidays). Relocation allowance sponsored by TMS. Affordable accommodation will be organised for the start if desired. Professional on-boarding and mentoring.
